Whisper Advisors are a collective of women who have Started, Scaled & Sold. We've successfully exited our businesses—some bootstrapped, some venture-backed—but all on our terms. Now, we're ready to give back to women like you. We walked, so that you could run, and we’re going to help you cross the finish line.

The Whisper Group was founded by Carrie Kerpen, who, after her own exit, realized the vast disparities between the exit patterns of male- and female-owned businesses. She decided to create the first community comprised entirely of exited female founders—those who defied the odds, broke the mold, and were ready to ensure others did too.

Not everyone decides to sit on a beach after their exit. Most use their brains in a variety of capacities, including through joining our community for exited female founders, The Whisper Collective. We like to say that the women who advise for The Whisper Group, join our community, and the women we serve, are all Acquired, Not Retired. That's because the journey doesn’t end after the sale of a business—it simply transforms. And we’re here to help you make that transformation one with impact, intention, and legacy.
